GENERAL INFORMATION
Each unit wound with approximately 176mg of copper wire. In addition, a copper sleeve containing appromiately 66.5mg of copper is swaged on each of transverse arms. The total surface area of copper on the device is 375mm2+23mm2.
The Copper CU 375 IUD is recommended for women who:
Have had at least one child.
Are in mutually monogamous relationship.
Have no history of pelvic inflammatory disease(PIO).
